Dewey is the producer of the award-winning Ascolano certified organic extra virgin olive oil that Quail & Olive carries. The event includes in-depth information on the production of olive oil, the health benefits, varieties and anything else you’d ever need to know about high-quality olive oil.
Topics we plan to cover will include the history of EVOO, all about the California olive oil industry, the cost of production, filtered oil vs non-filtered, explanation of the milling process, the basic chemistry of Olive Oil, the standards of California vs international standards.

REVIVAL OLIVE OIL ICE CREAM ~ ALL SUMMER LONG!
Join Quail & Olive Saturdays in June & July as we team up with Revival Ice Cream to serve our delicious olive oil ice cream made with Quail & Olive olive oil.
