We spoke to Jenny MacMurdo who heads up the Shuttle Service for U.S. Open. MacMurdo is expecting 8K people using the shuttle in the next week. The schedule is as follows:
COST $25 Round Trip to Pebble Beach Entrance of the U.S. Open
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 am to 5:30 – every 30 minutes you can hop on as many times as you like.
Thursday through Sunday from 7am to 8 pm every 15 to 20 minutes you can catch the shuttle.
