About: Carmel Craft Brewing Company, located in the Barnyard of Carmel, opened in September 2018. We operate on a small, one-barrel system and are constantly brewing new beers.We also offer food service via our pizza window with Allegro Pizzeria. Enjoy their amazing pizza or explore their ever-evolving menu.You may formally know of us as Monterey Bay Brewing Co. We built our brand around our flagship Pale Ale, Mad Otter Ale, then acquired Carmel Valley Brewing Co. towards the end of 2018. Mad Otter can still be found at over 150 retailers and restaurants around the Monterey Peninsula.
